Work Experience:

  • Overall 12 years experience
  • Project Management and change management, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management
  • Understanding of Investment Bank Operations, across a few areas from Trade Validation and Control, Confirmations, Settlements, Reconciliations, Collateralization, Reference Data Management, Trade Enrichment, Risk Management etc.

Innovation and Process Improvement:

  • Systematically analyze processes to find opportunities for reengineering and automation to setup a book of work for IT delivery
  • Apply RPA, Analytics and Machine Learning tools for automation
  • Estimate costs and workout pricing for IT projects
  • Engage with client stakeholders to make the business case for change

Program Management:

  • Define roadmap and set targets for process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Reviewed  deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents and functional test documents
  • Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders to drive participation in the initiatives
  • Lead and managed teams to timely delivery of projects
  • Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team

Team Management:

  • Create resource plans based on project pipeline
  • Manage people costs within budget
  • Manage recruitment and training of resources

Reporting and Escalation:

  • Ensure consistent and meaningful reporting and issue resolution management
  • Lead discussion around issue resolution (classification of issues, follow ups etc.)
  • Act as mediator to resolve issues, can own issues and brings it to closure
  • Proactively involves key stakeholders and Line management
  • Engage stakeholders proactively and coordinate across respective teams sitting in different regions
