Project Manager(Operations)-PM
India | Full-time (FT) | CLX

Shift Timings – 6am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm | Management Level – Manager | Travel Requirements - 10-15%

We are looking for a 5+ years experienced project Manager to plan and direct schedules, monitor the project from initiation through delivery, and organize cross-team activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. To facilitate on-time product delivery, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to prioritize work, identify and resolve dependencies, and maintain organizational focus. You will provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology, and to recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes. 

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

End to end operations management for multiple CGI projects to be run in parallel, including people, client and project management

   Other Responsibilities                                        

• Should be experienced in driving end to end project delivery, being involved and driving from scoping, ideation till final delivery and project closure
• Should be keen in learning and adapting to a new workflow - to drive operations efficiently
• Good Inter-personal and communication skills
• Good hands on experience and understanding in managing data through tables, charts, dashboards and presentations
• Identify, maintain and manage project margins
• Identify, assign and maintain resources’ skillsets in delivering the project requirement
• Creative bent of mind
• Post-graduation/MBA, Project management certifications would be an advantage

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate or HSC with Diploma with a certification in 3D Animation
• 5+ years of experience in CGI production with 3+ years in a leadership role
