The Paid Media Operations team provides operational support to global paid media teams for the large Fintech client. As our Paid Media practice grows rapidly, we’re looking to add a Global Audience Project Manager to our Media Operations portfolio. The role reports to the Program Manager and will be a key influencer in establishing eClerx as the ‘go-to partner’ for all Media Operations opportunities. The ideal experience candidate should have 8+ years in managing performance marketing teams.

Associate Program Manager - Paid Media Responsibilities
Manage a Team of 7+ Media Operations Specialists across Tag Management and Ad Operations functions
The role will collaborate across many areas of our business, including service delivery, client engagement, business development, and practice development. The Paid Media Manager will work with our customers in their offices whenever necessary, helping to design the most efficient ad operations roadmap for marketing decision support and activities in all conceivable channels
Partner with global Digital team and be the key point of Contact for APAC market stakeholders for Media Operations governance
Provide consultative inputs to the marketing & relevant stakeholders for audience segmentation required for the paid media marketing campaigns ensuring min or no overlaps and relevance to the campaign
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all requests are delivered with quality and within timelines.
Define the operational process for a quick go to market with the client’s guidelines and tools
Support in troubleshooting performance marketing related issues
Understand the business targeting requirements and translate into technical specs for the ops team to deliver the final audiences
Co-ordinate with analytics or other relevant teams as required to obtain logic, product flows or any other inputs
Set-up a process for continuous optimization of the audiences to maximize the reach in the platform
Work with Vendor, agencies, and Ops team in a collaborative way
Facilitate new integrations within and outside of the platform with digital vendors and internal data warehouses to enhance audience capabilities, governance, documentation & training.
Demonstrate an understanding of legal / privacy concepts like GDPR, CCPA etc. around data privacy and security.
Provide training on client systems, procedures, and best practices related to Paid Media Operations
Technical and Functional Skills
Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of hands-on experience in Web Analytics, Tag Management Solutions, AdTech stack including DoubleClick Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads, Adjust etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Adtech platform implementation OR Ad operations
Hands-on experience in implementing digital marketing and advertising tools
Proficient in running SQL queries to retrieve data from database like Teradata, UNICA
Understanding of DMPs, AdTech and MarTech tools and Campaign operations is a plus.
Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken; ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English
Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with clients from the C-suite to marketing managers to technical specialists
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, aligning teams to project timelines and ensuring the quality of deliverables
Comfortable working autonomously with broad guidelines
Previous consulting experience is a definite plus
Should have the desire to do self-learning new platforms and technology
Experience in Data Segmentation & Advance SQL / python experience
Experience in managing internal or standard CRM platforms
Good understanding of 1st Party, 2nd Party & 3rd Party audiences
Experience in Paid media / Paid search marketing concepts and experience in paid media reporting/attribution
