- Troubleshooting skills - OS, Outlook, Server, Desktop related issues, FTP, DNS, Active Directory, File Servers, File/Folder Permissions

- Preventive Maintenance of Servers
- System Administrators - Level 2 Support
- Patch Management & Monitoring
- Antivirus Management
- Laptop Maintenance & Support
- Network Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Switches, Connectivity
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows systems and network security concepts
- Knowledge of SharePoint [MOSS] & Microsoft Exchange
- Basic VMware troubleshooting skills
