Associate Process Manager - Creative

Responsibilities

• Will be a Subject Matter expert (Creative Lead) for the Creative team. Role will include supervising and leading the graphic designing team
• Participate in designing/redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, web-page mockups, infographic, brochures and many other forms of visual communication including design conceptualization
• Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project
• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and guidelines of the client
• Manage seamless delivery to ensure client deliverables meet both SLA and quality threshold
• Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs. Oversee usage of new techniques and processes to provide best quality of designs
• Ability to effectively train and mentor creative team members on different tools and conduct assessments from time to time
• Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
• Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements according to the objectives of the project

Tools Knowledge

• The candidate should be an expert on the Adobe Creative Suite especially on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Excellent knowledge of Video Editing and Vfx software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After effects
• Knowledge of Adobe Action script, HTML5 is an added advantage

Essential Skills Required

• More than five years of experience in graphic designing
• Excellent creative and innovative skills
• Good presentation building, visualization and infographic building skills
• Client interfacing ability with confidence
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client
• Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience
• Must be detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to use strong analytical and artistic approach to solve complex creative issues
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
