The ideal experience map: We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic E-Learning Visual Designers who are self-starters with a passion for building high-quality digital assets and collaterals in terms of design, content, user experience, and technical functionality for e-Learning. Applicants who have an experience of 4+ years working with creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration. Someone who will be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, infographics, and other designs is expected to be an ideal fit. You will work as part of a team to develop and deliver industry leading online compliance training products. Roles and Responsibilities: - Good knowledge of Graphic, Elearning & User Design principles, standards, and concepts
- Good grasp with fundamental understanding and proficiency of photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After effects, etc.
- Should be able to create course storyboards and get clarifications by making notes, asking relevant questions to clarify assumptions, and produce graphic design mockups, and other elements not limited to buttons, themes, style guides, templates, infographic, etc. supporting the learning intent
- Suggest intuitive user interfaces by creating engaging creatives, illustrations, and infographics primarily for digital e-Learning collateral to best fit the learning design
- eLearning Content Integration in Storyline 360, HTML Framework, Adapt Framework, Vyond, or similar tools
Technical and Functional Skills: - Candidate must possess a Graduate/Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in Commercial Arts from a reputed University/Institution.
- 2+ years of professional experience with a reputed technology or user experience company.
- Understanding of HTML5/CSS3, Storyline 360, Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Responsive design is a must.
- Highly creative in developing illustrations and/or photo collages, image treatment.
- Knowledge of user experience design will be an added advantage.

- Problem solving mindset and a creative approach to graphic design development
- Must be able to plan own work, adhere to committed project schedules and keep track of work
- Must follow standards and discipline in maintaining file/folder naming convention, folder structure, and document management
- Must be able to maintain timely communication through Microsoft teams with team members
- Clear communication regarding asks and considerations when handing over production files for review
