Job Description:
The candidate will be a part of the digital campaigns center of excellence team at eClerx. The following are key areas where the candidate is supposed to work on.
- Client Solution: Work with clients/prospects to understand requirements from a digital campaign operations perspective and structure solutions that address the needs. This involves working with clients to identify the requirements, documenting the challenges, mapping requirements to internal capabilities/solutions, creating a custom solution, creating commercial proposals and presenting to the client.
- Center of excellence: Be a part of the digital campaign operations center of excellence team at eClerx. This team is involved in internal capability development, new solution creation, internal excellence initiatives and industry interface
- Pre-Sales support: Provide support to internal pre-sales team by participating in proposal creation, RFP responses and client collateral creation.
SFMC experience requirement:
- 4+ years of experience on SFMC/ET
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Media Query
- 3-4 years of experience using AMP scripting
- 2-3 years of responsive HTML coding experience
- Should have the knowledge of building block based designs using content builder
- Should have the knowledge of building journeys
- Ability to analyze the campaign requirements and suggest the type of DE and logic that needs to be used
- Needs to understand the database structure in order to come up with exception handling while AMP scripting
- Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment
- Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management.
- Should have excellent presentation skills and should be able to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and strategies.
Campaign Operations Domain skills:
- Should have hands-on experience in managing campaign operations across channels preferably in an end user organization. This will cover email, web, search, ads/ affiliates, and social campaigns.
- Should have proven track record of delivering ROI through successful digital campaign operations
- Should have excellent handle on end-to-end campaign operations and workflows. Experience of working through the entire campaign lifecycle on multiple campaigns is expected.
- Should have experience of working with different stakeholders across the entire campaign lifecycle. This involves internal stakeholders, and also external agencies
- Should have knowledge of key platforms in the below domains. Hands-on experience and expertise in at least one platform is expected
- Marketing Automation
- Email production
- CMS
- Ad servers
- Social campaign management
- Site search platforms
- Web analytics
- Should have good understanding of campaign performance metrics and success parameters
- Should be aware of various compliance related requirements of digital campaigns e.g. anti-spam laws, restrictions on 3rd party cookies etc.
- Should have knowledge of important happenings and new trends in the digital marketing domain.
General skills:
- Should be able to work with the clients to understand business requirements and formulate targeted solutions
- Should be able to demonstrate strong domain expertise.
- Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management.
- Should have excellent presentation skills and should be able to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and strategies.
Should be able to work on projects involving many stakeholders. Strong project management skills are an added advantage.
