We’re looking to add to our talent pool a Digital Search Operations Manager. The role reports to Senior Manager – Digital Marketing and will be a key influencer of our digital identity.
The ideal experience map: Experience in SEO, SEM and site search practices with a minimum of 4+ years working for global fortune 500 clients
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be a part of operations team working on Search operations
- Need to work as an independent resource / individual contributor while still being part of larger Search cluster and bring synergies
- Should be expert in Reporting and Analysis
- Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own
- Extensive client communication, project management and problem solving.
- Should be able to create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect / capture ongoing projects
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 4 years of hands on experience in managing SEO, Site Search operations
- Should have experience in using advanced SEO Tools, Reporting and Analytics platforms to facilitate SEO campaign execution, Enterprise search platform
- Intermediate HTML and XML knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Omniture, SiteCatalyst
- Strong Understanding of Search Engine and eCommerce
- MS Office, esp. strong proficiency with MS Excel and PPT
- Outsourcing / offshoring experience is a plus
People Skills and Other Personality Traits:
- Ability to understand business problems and deliver targeted solutions
- Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager- to VP-level stakeholders and potentially explain analysis to a less-technically or analytically-minded audience
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and/or higher management
