Specialism – Python, Django, Object-Relational mapping, MongoDB & Flask

We’re looking to add to this talent pool a Python Developer. The role reports to Senior Process Manager –and will be a key influencer of our digital identity. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in Python, Django, MongoDB & Flask, and working around both front-end and back-end coding languages, developing frameworks and third-party libraries.

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Python Developer Associate Process Manager Responsibilities

• Must have experience in handling Image and Video processing libraries
• Extensive knowledge of Visual Compute projects with image and video data.
• Will be a part of the Solution Development team for client projects
• Should be expert in coding & debugging
• Good logical aptitude and ability to research on their own
• Should be able to create detailed documentation on automation projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide automated solutions
• Assess and prioritize feature requests

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in coding
• Write effective and scalable code and good at debugging programs
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
• Knowledge of DB connectivity with frontend and backend
• Knowledge of rest API
• Expertise in Python Django Framework
• Implement security and data protection solutions
• Advance knowledge in Python libraries - Django/Flask, OpenCV, NumPy, Pillow, Matplotlib, Scikit-image
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
