Digital – Senior Analyst – Full Stack Developer

India | Full-time (FT) | Digital

Shift Timings – General Shift |Management Level – Senior Analyst| Travel Requirements - NA

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer with 4 to 5 years of experience who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. She/he will be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties. The Web Developer will be responsible to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Developing front end website architecture, user interactions on web pages.

  • Developing back end website applications.

  • Creating servers and databases for functionality defined in BRD.

  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.

  • Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.

  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

  • Designing and developing APIs.

  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

  • Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 4 to 5 years’ strong experience with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • Advanced experience in JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS or React.JS and Node JS

  • Highly experienced with back-end programming languages Ex: PHP /.NET

  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MongoDB.

  • Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.

  • Maintain code integrity and organization.

  • Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.

  • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

  • Development experience for both mobile and desktop.

  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.

  • Knowledge of code versioning tools {{such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}}.
