Role and Responsibilities

  • Building domain expertise within the team
  • Managing team of 10-12 people
  • Delivering product data categorization, enrichment projects
  • Quality audits of the work done by team members
  • Building audit checklists
  • Performance management of 10-12 analysts/senior analysts in the team
  • Ensure delivery of Client KPIs including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
  • To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations
  • Execute a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure the teams understand the performance of our business
  • Stakeholder management – Regular governance calls with onshore (APJ / EMEA / US) clients
  • Setting and reviewing Quality performance standards
  • Idea generation: Creating innovative ways to increase both productivity and quality
  • Setting and reviewing of organizational / productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract
  • Responsible for Business Continuity
  • MIS Reporting

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Basic: - BE. In Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
  • Preferred: - Experience in Master Data Management, Product data management/enrichment

Essential Skills

  • Experience in Product data management, MDM practices
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, etc.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in Operations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter
  • Strong skills in reporting and presentation of key business information
  • Experienced in managing mid size (10+) multi-site /Multi skilled teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving

Prior Work Experience

  1. 4+ years of industry experience (around Data Management)
  2. Experience in communicating with Global customers through conference calls
