Job Responsibilities | - Perform supervisory role by independently managing Middle / Back Office ops for FX Settlements
- Independently handle the process integrities and escalate challenges/ issues in a timely manner
- Lead team size of 8 - 10 FTEs, conduct trainings, on-boarding, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring and attrition management
- Build domain expertise and lead from the front along with sharing best practices within teams
- Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations
- Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps and drive process improvements
- Govern the processes through timely checks on daily metrics dashboard and reports
- Should handle process related queries with Clients on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
