We are looking for a Python Developer to join our Automation team and help us develop and maintain various Automations.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Senior Python Developer Responsibilities

• Will be a part of the Automation team and working on internal Ops & client projects

• Should be expert in coding & debugging

• Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own

• Should be able to create detailed documentation on automation projects

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide automated solutions

• Assess and prioritize feature requests

Technical and Functional Skills

• Graduate with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience writing effective & scalable code using Python.

• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) and rest API

• Integrate user-facing elements into applications

• Test and debug programs

• Improve functionality of existing systems

• Implement security and data protection solutions

• Familiarity with Python libraries like Django/Flask, Panda, requests/Scrapy/selenium, Open CV, Pillow, etc.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like sci-kit-learn)

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
