The candidate will be a key influencer of our digital identity and independently manage large and complex Analytics projects with a focus on services such as Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, Business Intelligence and so on.
The Ideal Experience Map:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in an IT delivery role.
Preferably, a leadership role in the analytics wing of a reputed organization with minimum span of 20 team members or leadership of a technology team of at least 50 people.
The role demands strong understanding and hands on execution experience in at least one of the following areas:
Educational Qualifications: Excellent academic record with a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent overseas] with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / engineering along with an MBA from a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent]
Roles and Responsibilities:
Quality, Six Sigma, and Process Improvement: Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps, plan end-to-end fixes and lead execution to meet six sigma quality standards
Knowledge Management and Learning and Development: Help knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams, conduct training for self and team on analytics, technology and business skills. Build domain expertise (service line and industry) for self and team
