JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Analyzes, plans and implements process improvement needs.
  • Produces new process improvement techniques and services.
  • Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
  • Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls
  • Manages the operation of the organization's total quality management (TQM) program
  • Oversees the development of Lean Six Sigma for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs
  • Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts through Six Sigma Methodology
  • To develop and implement a metric based process to review performance across all processes
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to ensure effective completion of Green Belt projects and promote a Lean Six Sigma culture.
  • To conduct Action Work-outs and permeating the knowledge of lean tools in the organization.
  • Execute and lead key projects delivering tangible results for the business, also aligning GBs on key Organizational priorities
