Specialism – A/B Testing, Optimization, Digital Analytics
We are looking for an experienced resource with 4-10 years of experience skilled in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, R, and Python to join our Digital Optimization team. He/she should have exposure in driving e-commerce and lead generation optimization programs and enjoy solving problems for Digital Analytics, Optimization, Personalization and Advanced Analytics streams.
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
The individual would be expected to work on the analysis of A/B, Multivariate and Personalization testing running on Digital properties using Adobe analytics, Decibel and (Equivalent) tool. He/she would also be responsible to connect with the client by taking business requirements and walking through analysis outcomes and come up with ideas for process improvement. He/she should have hands-on experience in building optimization plans, analysing large data sets and driving business optimization.
Senior Consultant – Digital Optimization Responsibilities
  • Build Optimization Plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting and behavioral targeting.
  • Generate test cases based on business/customer goals, analytics and best practices. 
  • Analyse large and detailed data sets in order to make recommendations around follow-up tests.
  • Manage Analyst and Development teams to diagnose web data to
  • Understand client’s business challenges & problems and define an analytical solution leveraging data from various sources
  • Design and conduct in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced analytics methods & frameworks in a cost effective manner
  • Interpret and analyze data using a variety of visualization and analytics tools
  • Present the findings to client or eClerx management, prepare reports and make actionable business recommendations
  • Maintain knowledge and staying abreast of latest industry and technology trends and monitoring their effect on business
Minimum Qualification and Skills
  • Qualification:  Any graduate
  • Experience: 4-10 years of experience in Optimization, Personalization and Analytics
  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Hands on experience building hypothesis to drive business optimization
  • Comfortable with handling large datasets
  • Ability to drive business inference from quantitative and qualitative datasets
