Our Commerce and Campaigns line of business within eClerx Digital focuses on our clients' omni-channel digital operations, including web operations, conversion rate optimization, site merchandising & eCommerce operations, campaign operations, and system replatforming.

We are looking to add to this talent pool a manager, who will lead the testing practice.

The Ideal Experience Map:

A Graduate degree with 6 years of total work experience, with relevant experience in areas mentioned in the job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the production of test scenarios, scripts and other UAT documentation
  • Execution of UAT against previously defined and signed-off business requirements or user stories
  • Experience on testing UX and performance for ecommerce sites and mortgages across device / platform / browser testing experience
  • Collation and reporting of all test results
  • Provision of information to relevant parties to enable informed decision making
  • Highlighting key issues and problems relating to the product sign-off once the testing phase is complete
  • Validation of existing ‘to be’ processes as part of the UAT execution, including the revision and updating of business processes according to business requirements
  • Analysis and interpretation of business requirements, and where necessary, elicitation of further information from business analysts and business systems analysts
  • Be part of a cross functional team and advise this team on testability of business requirements
  • Carry out analysis of business requirements as part of the review cycle / signoff process and give recommendation to UAT Manager / Lead Tester
  • Review and analysis of functional specifications and design layout specification in order to identify required testing conditions
  • Liaise with business systems analysts regarding changes. liaise with members of operation teams regarding ‘as is’ process
  • Performance testing on Mobile and Desktop

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Experience on retail ecommerce cross device / platform / browser testing experience
  • Knowledge of Zephyr and Jira is mandatory
  • Experience of performance and load testing of web and mobile applications using Visual Studio, Google Fire base and AWS
  • Experience in automation tools RestAPI, Selenium, SoapUI, Appium, QTP etc.
  • Demonstrated skills using code repositories like GitHub.
  • Experience with browser-based UI automation & Selenium / Robot frameworks
