We are looking to add to this talent pool a senior manager who will be a key influencer of our digital identity and help clients maximize the results of their digital activities across their customer journey.

The Ideal Experience Map:

Bachelors or Master’s degree with minimum of 8 years of total work experience

At least 3 years of work experience in executing, managing web analytics and reporting and dashboard development projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Interface with the clients independently to provide status updates on key projects. Coordinate with business partners to track activities, prepare resolutions for open issues and implement change initiatives
  • Identify, conceptualize and implement business process improvements across existing processes
  • Analyse and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to identify and measure trends across digital marketing channels
  • Drive marketing effectiveness strategies through A/B testing, campaign performance and analysing cross channel behaviour
  • Manage all client communication on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ability to manage attrition, formulate recruitment plans for future staffing needs as well as manage and monitor performance Liaise with internal teams (Knowledge Management, IT, Admin etc.) to manage day-to-day operations
  • Design, develop and implement audit strategies to track process health on a periodic basis
  • Manage expectations across delivery and implementation efforts

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of any one of the leading web analytics platforms: Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, WebTrends
  • Exposure to analytics functions in the Retail / eCommerce industry
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to key digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM) and technology (JQuery, JavaScript and HTML)

General skills that will boost your eligibility:

  • Certification in areas of digital analytics
