Digital-Process Manager-Web Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Web developer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. The candidate will be responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties. The candidate will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Process Manager Role and Responsibilities

• Developing front-end website architecture, user interactions on web pages.
• Ensure developed pages are responsive, W3C compliant and are cross-browser compatible, provide full proof suggestions on optimization and best practices 
• Develop and test pages across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages

Technical and Functional Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4+ years’ experience of Angular JS, Node.JS, React.JS mandatory. 
• Strong working knowledge of technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Responsive development.
• Strong knowledge of understanding of good practices on emailer development. Able to analyse requests correctly.
• Experience in doing code review/ peer audit/ code documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate seamlessly with the Client.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple tools and technologies.
• HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Responsive development, email development.
• Client communications on day to day basis.
• Strong project management skills needed.
• Outsourcing/offshoring experience is a plus.
