We’re looking to add an Email Campaign Developer to our talent pool. The role reports to Senior Process Manager – Campaign Management and will be a key influencer of our digital identity.
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Associate Process Manager Responsibilities
Build emails using content builder in SFMC/ET
Custom coding (as required)
Use AMP scripting for dynamic coding and hide/show blocks
Responsive build
Create and update data extensions for send and personalization requests
Attach creatives to a journey for final deployment
Create cloud pages to connect emails whenever required
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Automation [Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ET]
Minimum 3 years of experience using AMP scripting
Minimum 3 years of responsive HTML, CSS & JavaScript coding experience
Basic HTML knowledge
Exposure to creating emails using content builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud /ET
AMP Scripting for dynamic builds
Basic knowledge Media queries in custom coding
Knowledge of building block-based designs using content builder
Knowledge of building journeys
Well versed in creating and updating data extensions
Well versed in building cloud pages and micro sites
An eye for detail to assist in audits
